What Are The Local Delivery and Out of State Shipping Costs?
We offer local delivery in Southern California and ship via major trucking companies throughout the country.

Local deliveries in So. California start at $150.00 and go up depending on distance and amount.

Shipping costs from our warehouse will depend on the amount and weight of the flooring selected.  and you can expect costs to range between $.30 to .50 per square foot but can run up to a  $1.00 per square foot for very remote locations on the East Coast.  Please keep in mind you are paying wholesale prices and you will not be charged any sales tax on your order going out of state. 

Even if you order your flooring at your local retail flooring store it will still be shipped in and you will most likely have to pay your state sales tax. Once you place your order and it is ready to ship it will be  picked up by the trucking company and you can expect anywhere between 3 to 10 business days until it arrives at the trucking terminal in your home town. Once it arrives at the terminal in your are the trucking company they will call you  to schedule your home delivery.  If you elected to pick up your order at the trucking warehouse they will call you with the location and address information and set up a pick up time for you. We are unable to provide trucking terminal location information in advance as it is subject to change by the trucking company. Tracking and trucking info will be available upon request after order is processed.

If you are located in Southern California and want to pick up your order at our warehouse you may do so by appointment only.

Home Delivery Options:
Yes most trucking companies will provide residential delivery and it is considered completed once the product is placed on the driveway and or gargage. Most orders require a truck with  a lift-gate, depending on weight. The pallets would be lowered to the ground and pulled onto your driveway with a pallet-jack. You may be required to unload the vehicle yourself, depending on the product. wood flooring materials are very heavy and will require proper equipment or labour to accept goods on delivery. Wood and or Bamaboo flooring will range from 2 - 4 lbs per sq.ft. with most products weighing 2 lbs per sq.ft. Please pay attention to the weight of goods so you are properly prepared.

Payment Options:  Orders being shiped out of state by trucking may be made by Credit Card, or Wire Transfer only. Orders that are being picked up at our warehouse in City of Industry, CA. may be paide by Certified Bank Check, Credit Card, or Cash.  All credit card payments must be made on our standard form and faxed or emailed to our accounting office. We do not take payment info over the phone and the form you received with your quote must be used.

No personal or business checks are accepted for orders under any circumstances.

Returns and exchanges: Returns are allowed within 14 days after you receiving your order but the you as the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs from our warehouse and return shipping charges back to our warehouse. There will also be a 20% restocking fee on any and all non damaged returns Only unopened factory sealed boxes will be accepted for return credit.

Damaged products: Please properly examine all the boxes and trim moldings upon delivery from the trucking company. Make sure there is no damage and the product is correct. You MUST make note of any damage or missing boxes, trim moldings, or padding while the delivery driver is there and it must be noted on the paper work at time of delivery. Have the driver give you a copy of the paper work and make sure he signs it.  We can not responsible for the damages or missing items if notice was not given to the driver and documented. Please check all items against the enclosed packing list. If there is damage please also take digital photos if possible and email to us.

Defective products: Please examine all flooring properly before and while installing. If defective flooring is installed there will be no credit issued for the product or installation and removal costs. Please refer to our warranty policy to see what is considered a defect. If there is a problem please do not discard the boxes until all the materials are examined. Box up any and all defective pieces and notify us, we will issue a call tag to the product to be picked up and a replacement amount will be sent promptly.

Warranty Statements: Please read our manufacturer warranty statements included in each box or youj may review are general warranty information page prior to placing your order.

Place your order on hold: We will hold your order up to 14 days with a 25% deposit or we will hold your order for 30 days with 50% deposit. Prepaid orders will be shipped immediately or held at our warehouse until you are ready to ship and receive your order.

Shipping Out of State: We ship out of state everyday and use various trucking companies that are third party. estimated time of arrival for your order should be 3 – 10 business days from the time they pick up your order from our warehouse. Orders always arrive to the final destination but there are no time guarantees so please order well in advance. Tracking and trucking info is available upon request after order is processed.

Cancelled orders: If you purchase your order via credit card and cancel your order the same day there will be no charge but if you cancel the day after it is placed and prior to shipping there will be a 6% charge back fee for all credit card processes if applicable. This is a fee the bank charges us for dollar amoun of the transaction.

Very Important:
Once your order is shipped there are no cancellations or credits issued due to shipping and or delivery delays due to weather delays, acts of God or under any circumstances.
